This model is designed for precision hobbing of fine pitch spur gears, spiral gears and worms. After fine adjustments, with right cutting parameters and precision hob, accuracy grade 5-6-6 (GB2363-1990 when module, 1mm or GB 10095-1988 when module ¡Ý 1mm) can be reached for spur gears, accuracy grade 6-7-7 (standard same as above ) for spral gears and accuracy grade 7 (standard same as above ) for worms when radial feed cutting adopted...
The machine has a deriving version NJ-Y3612 which especially for gears with fewer teeth (tooth number from 2-100).
